Fred Petito is the Founder of Attain Growth Advisors. As an experienced strategic growth advisor, exit planning advisor, and business coach, his mission is to help small and midsize businesses and the executives who lead them reach their highest potential.

 

Fred has over 25 years of experience as a Chief Strategy Officer and C-level executive in public and private multi-billion-dollar global companies, roll-up mergers, and startups. Previously, he spent four years as an attorney practicing commercial, estate planning, and tax law.

 

As a business strategist, Fred has advised large global companies and emerging startups across a wide range of strategic challenges and business lifecycle stages. As a C-level executive, he has built and led multiple teams throughout his career. He has learned through experience what works and what does not work across a broad spectrum of business and leadership challenges. 

 

As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), Fred works with business owners who seek to understand and maximize their exit value and critical transition options. He is also the President and Owner of Transworld Business Advisors, a business brokerage, and Exit Factor, an exit planning advisory. Both businesses are located in Hudson County, New Jersey.
